Leticia Hinojosa

Justice Leticia Hinojosa was the first woman appointed elected Judge in South Texas and the third Hispanic woman elected Judge in the State of Texas. She has served with distinction as a County Court at Law Judge, a State District Court Judge, and now as Justice on the 13th Courts of Appeals.
